Hey there - I don't know the answer to your last question. But I can highly reccommend accupuncture - i think it is no joke about helping with fertility.
Also ashwaganda. Tastes like shit. But gives one the "strength of a horse."
Love your blog. Are you a montessori school teacher? I went to montessori. And remember it (and loved it) well.
